Day 1: Kathmandu to Darjeeling
We will have flight from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur of India. There meet our guide at the airport and take a drive to Darjeeling of about 4 hrs journey (140km). Overnight spend in hotel.
Day 2: Darjeeling tour
Today early morning we will make a visit to the tiger hill for the stunning sunrise and sunset view over Kanchenjunga peak. On the way back enjoy the amazing Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. We visit a few of the sights and attractions in and around Kalimpong, before driving back down to Teesta Bazaar, and then climbing through tea estates to Ghum. Have the splendid view of world famous tea garden of Darjeeling.
Day 3: Full day sightseeing of Darjeeling
Today is another day we spend in Darjeeling, exploring its beauty. After breakfast enjoy full day local sightseeing tour of Darjeeling. Explore the city visiting Padmajan. Zoological Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center and visit to the all and Local Market (City Life). The night will be much more enjoyable with the local persons and the culture of theirs.
Day 4: Darjeeling to Martam
After having the breakfast you'll be transferred to Martam. It would about 4hrs scenic drive of about 115km distance.
Day 5: Martam to Gangtok
Have a drive to Gangtok. The capital of Sikkim is a unique hill resort of northeast India and undoubtedly one of the most oft-visited ones. Early morning visit Rumtek monastery – the largest and most important monastery in the region. Gangtok is a charming and extremely clean city, with colourful buildings and a bustling atmosphere. Enjoy the splendid view from Kanchenjunga view point. Check in at the evening in hotel. Have free evening to explore the local market and lifestyle.
Day 6: Full day in Gangtok
Explore with Full day sightseeing in and around this capital city of Sikkim, covering Chortan, Stupa, Institute of Tibet logy and Institute of Handicrafts and Handlooms. You'll have an excursion to Tshangu Lake (departure in the morning) - situated at a height of 3,780 m. with an average depth of 50 ft. enjoy the scenic beauty around the lake and a small temple to visit with beautiful alpine vegetation garden.
Day 7: Gangtok to Pemayantse
Take a drive to Pemayantse of about 135km with a journey of 5 hrs. After checking in into hotel, have some rest and at evening visit to the Pemayangtse Monastery.
Day 8: Pemayantse to Yuksom
Drive to Yuksom. On the way visit the Khecheopalri Lake, one of the sacred Buddhist mountain lakes. Overnight in hotel.
Day 9: Yuksom to Kalimpong
Take a drive of 4 hrs to small Kalimpong city. Explore the Kalimpong city, famous for its indigenous handicraft. The artisans here produce Tibetan and Bhutanese handicraft and jewelry that are much admired in the country and abroad.
Day 10: Kalimpong to Kathmandu
We will drive to Bhadrapur from here for 4 hrs and take a flight back to Kathmandu.
