Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and short city tour
Day 02: Drive or fly to Pokhara, 25 minutes flight or 6-7 hours drive
Day 03: Drive from Pokhara to Phedi and trek to Dhampus Village (1650m): Walking distance - 3 hours
Day 04: Trek from Dhampus Village to Australian Camp (2165m): Walking distance - 3 hours
Day 05: Australian Camp to Kande and drive to Pokhara (1770m) and fly/drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 06: Final Departure depending on your schedule transfer to International Airport.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and short city tour
You’ll arrive at Kathmandu airport and transferred to the hotel by our staff. After having rest, you’ll be called to make visit and meeting in our office. All kinds of necessary documentation and equipments arrangements will be made today. If we got some spare time, you can join for short visit of Kathmandu city, places like Durbar Square, Monkey temple, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath.
Day 02: Drive or fly to Pokhara:
After having early breakfast today, you will take a flight of about 40min to beautiful Pokhara city. Or if you wish driving, then tourist bus drive will be arranged for the travel to Pokhara. In both ways, you can enjoy the scenic beauty. After transferring to hotel, get some rest and you have some time to visit this beautiful city. You can enjoy the boating in Phewa Lake; enjoying the sunset view over the Himalayas panorama.
Day 3: Drive from Pokhara to Phedi and trek to Dhampus Village (1650m) - 3hours.
Having morning breakfast, we will take a car or van and drive to Phedi which takes about 45 minutes. We will start steep climb up with stone staircases through the rhododendron forest until reaching lower Dhampus which takes about 1 hour. We keep climbing up passing the terraced fields and small houses reaching on the ridge which takes about 1 hour. We have very spectacular view of Annapurna Range and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). Then, we trek on the plain or road trail until reaching Hotel. We will have a lunch and whole afternoon free for resting and playing with very good view of majestic Himalayan ranges.
Day 4: Trek from Dhampus Village to Australian Camp (2165m) - 3 hours.
After breakfast, we will start gently climb up through the rhododendron and oak forests until reaching Pothana about 1 and half hour. We make a short rest and keep climbing up with stone staircases until reaching Australian Camp after about 1 hour. We will enjoy with Sunset view over the Himalayas in the evening. We can make a short Jungle Walking. The trail is good to walk through the rhododendron, oak and fir forest. We can see white face monkey and some wild animals as well as very beautiful birds sometimes.
Day 5: Trek from Australian Camp to Kande (1770m) - 2 hours and drive to Pokhara and fly/drive back to Kathmandu.
At very morning, we will have the majestic sunrise view over Himalayas and return for the breakfast. We climb down in the rocky trail with many stone staircases viewing the village of Kande walking after 1 and half hour. From here we will have 1 hour drive back to Pokhara. We will have our lunch in Pokhara and afternoon transfer to airport for flight back to Kathmandu. At night, we will have dinner accompanied with cultural show program.
Day 6: Final Departure.
If you are leaving Nepal and not continuing your holiday here in Nepal,
we will take you to the Kathmandu Airport to catch your flight
home.

Passport and Visas:
First, be sure you have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. You can obtain visas for Nepal from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas cost USD 25 for 15 days and USD 40 for 30 days till date.
Get the required visa for Nepal.
You can get Nepal visa prior to arrival from the Nepalese Embassy at your home country. Likewise, you can easily get an up on arrival visa at Kathmandu airport and other different borders from Nepal. Bring Official Papers
Some of the required official documents are your valid passport, 4 extra passport sized photographs (for trekking permits), travel insurance, airline tickets and luggage tags. Visas can be obtained upon entry into Nepal. For detail information we request you to visit our visa page.
Money & Credit card Info
We find that most of the credit card, master and visa card is blocked from your card provider. It may be because of a security reason. It, sometimes, may bring you in problematic situation that you can't get money from ATMs and that you find difficult to pay for your treks and tour. To find yourself free from this problem, you can call to your card provider before you travel to Nepal and inform there that you are traveling to Nepal. Ensure them to give the authorization for the payment. In Nepal you have to pay 3.5 % credit card commission s per Nepal Bank rules, on top of your payable amount for the trek cost. So, please be sure that you bring some cash in USD to pay us. Likewise, be sure you have brought some small amount for your daily expenses as well as for those items which are not included in our cost. We request you not to change money in the Airport. Travel Insurance:
Our clients must have comprehensive travel insurance package. Their insurance must cover against medical, personal accident, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, lost of gears, natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage etc.
Load shedding (Electricity crisis) in Nepal
We are sorry to inform you that though Nepal is rich in water resource, there is electricity crisis in Nepal. It is more likely that there is electricity off for some hours in day and night time. Most of the hotels in Kathmandu, Pokhara and other cities are likely to have no battery backup. Air condition may not work and, sometimes, TV and other electric utensils may not run. Some hotel is likely to run the TV and AC also. However, only few of them are in this category.
So, be prepared for this while you are traveling here. For your ease, we recommend you to bring the flashlight with extra bulbs and batteries.

Our Trekking Dates
Most of our treks start on the third day of your arrival. On the first day of your arrival, we will pick you from the airport and let you know your hotel. However, it depends on your arrival time. If your flight is early, we are likely to invite you to our office and make yourself comfort with ideas and brief information on your trek package. If you arrive at night, all the arrangements are likely to made the morning. Second day, it is our package to take you for sightseeing tour within Kathmandu valley. However, the trekkers who have limited time can start their trekking from the second day. We can arrange all the necessary trekking permits and other utensils in advance in case you have limited time. It is your third day that you will fly out of Kathmandu. However, if any further arrangement is still at wait, you can enjoy your trek the next day.
Clothing and Equipment for Traveling in Nepal
Trekking in the Himalayas need to arrangement of equipment as you have to find yourself comfortable at higher altitude. The basic clothing item that you are expected to be prepared with are well described here. Remember that excess baggage is likely to be a burden for yourself and your supporting staff. Buying and Renting Equipment in Kathmandu
It is not really necessary to spend large amount of money buying extra equipment and clothing prior to your trip. It is because most of the trekking equipment can be hired from many adventure shops within Kathmandu. Most of the gear is locally manufactured (hence a lot cheaper). Some Chinese gear are likely to be more expensive but qualitative. Sleeping bag and down jacket are easily rented. Each item can be rented for less than USD 1, for a day. You have to manage other items buying them yourself. However, these items are more likely to be cheaper than those in your hometown. We will arrange all the necessary items you need on the second day of your arrival. Moreover, we ourselves will fascinate you to buy the goods.
Vaccination for Nepal
All travelers should consult with their physician or update on vaccination requirements before travel. (Your doctor or health-care provider will determine what you will need, depending on factors such as your health and immunization history, areas of the country you will be visiting, and planned activities)
For traveling to Nepal; we recommend you to take a vaccination of Polio, Tetanus, Typhoid, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Rabies etc, it is not really must but recommended.
