Tukuche Peak Climbing
Tukuche Peak situated in front of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan range on the other side on the northern side of Kali Gandaki Valley. Which follow the worlds deepest gorge, is one of the best climbing peak in Nepal.
Tukuche expedition is considered to be less dangerous but highly technical, only few climbers attempt the peak due to it remoteness. Tukuche was first climbed by a Swiss team in 1969.
Fro the Summit of Tukuche peak offers the spectacular mountains views including entire Annapurna mountain Range, Mt Nilgiri and beautiful villages of Marpha, Syang, and Jomsom.
We attempt the summit (6920m) about 4/5 days begins from Hidden valley base camp, preparation in Base camp and high camp via North East Ridge.
Itinerary for Tukuche Peak climing
Day 01:Meet at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel
Day 02:Sight-seeing of Kathmandu: Full day’s sightseeing in Kathmandu valley includes the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) & the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. Also visit Monkey Temple the Swyambhunath (2000 years old temple) and visit Patan city of fine arts. Return to the hotel.
Day 03:Ktm drive to Beni.
Day 04:Beni to Babiyachaur
Day 05:Babiyachar to Phedi
Day 06:Phedi to Phalai Gaon
Day 07:Phalai Gaon to Jugapani
Day 08:Jugapani to Bagar
Day 09:Bagar to Lapche Kharka
Day 10:Lapche Kharka to Chartare
Day 11:Chartare to Pakoban
Day 12:Pakoban to Dhaulagiri base camp
Day 13:Dhaulagiri Base Camp to French pass,enter to hidden valley
Day 14:Trek to Hidden valley
Day 15:Didden valley to Yak Kharka
Day 17-28:Climbing period of Tukuche Peak
Day 29:Trek down to Marpha
Day 30:Marpha to Jomsom
Day 31:Fly back to Pokhara
Day 32:Drive back to Kathmandu
Day 33:Kathmandu free day, evening culture show with Nepali dinner, hotel
Day 34:Final departure, transfer to airport
Price For The Trip:
The total cost for the trek, tour or peak climbing you decide you want to do will depend on several different factors. The type of accommodation you prefer in Kathmandu and/or Pokhara will make a difference to the overall cost (budget to 5 star accommodation) The mode of transport you prefer will also affect the cost of your package, for example prices vary greatly between flying versus private car/van, tourist or local buses. The number of guides and/or porters required will also affect the total cost of your trek. For these reasons the same trek/tour can vary in price quite substantially.
